FAQ

Common Questions.

When will my order ship?
Orders ship from our U.S. warehouse within 1–2 business days. You'll get an email with tracking the moment yours is on the way, and shipping is free within the U.S. Your 30-day comfort guarantee doesn't start until the day your insoles are delivered.
Which size should I order?
Match the insole to your shoe's marked size. Each Muna variant covers a full size. Check the size chart above. Women's sizes run one size larger than men's for the same variant (men's 8–8.5 = women's 9–9.5). If your feet changed recently, for example after pregnancy, size to your current shoes.
Will Muna fit in my shoes?
Muna fits any shoe with a removable factory insole: running and walking shoes, sneakers, golf shoes, court shoes, work boots, and most casual shoes. Pull the factory liner out and slide Muna in. The swap takes about ten seconds and you can move one pair between shoes or keep a pair in each.
How long until I feel relief?
Most people feel the difference from the first supported steps. The arch shell reduces strain on the fascia immediately. Actual tissue healing takes longer: with daily wear plus stretching, most people notice meaningfully better mornings within 2–4 weeks. Full recovery timelines vary from weeks to a few months.
Is there a break-in period?
A short one. Real anatomical support feels firm and present under an arch that hasn't been supported in years. That's normal for the first few days. If you're sensitive, start with a few hours a day and build up. Firm pressure is expected; sharp pain is not. That usually means the wrong size.
What if they don't work for me?
Every order is covered by our 30-day comfort guarantee. Wear them, walk in them, and if they're not helping, contact us for a return or exchange. Shipping within the U.S. is free in both directions of the experiment.
How long do they last?
With daily wear, expect roughly 6–12 months before the cushioning wears down. The semi-rigid arch shell keeps its shape far longer, but once the foam compresses noticeably it's time to replace them. Worn support is a common cause of relapse.
