Processing and dispatch
Muna insoles are in stock. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking when your order ships.
Delivery time
Standard U.S. delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Shipping areas
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not yet ship internationally. If you'd like Muna in your country, contact us and we'll let you know when it's available.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days or your package appears lost, contact us and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund.
