Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
Delivery time
Standard U.S. delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping areas
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not yet ship internationally — if you'd like Muna in your country, contact us and we'll let you know when it's available.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days or your package appears lost, email us and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund.
