How to Choose Your Muna Size (and Why Insole Sizing Matters So Much)

Why sizing matters

Your arch's peak sits at a predictable position for your foot length — but that position shifts with every size. Trim-to-fit insoles let you cut the front to length while the arch stays wherever the factory put it. The size chart

Choosing when you're between sizes

• Go by the shoes you'll wear most — match the insole to the shoe's marked size.
• Half-size feet: pick the variant that contains your half size (that's what the ranges are for).
• Recently pregnant or feet changed? Size to your current shoe size — feet often grow.

Checking the fit

Remove the factory liner, drop Muna in, and stand: the arch should feel firmly contacted (assertive at first is normal) with the peak under your arch — not under your heel or forefoot — and the heel seated fully in the cup.
